1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AI Infrastructure Lab website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Services

AI Infrastructure Lab offers:

  • Digital Products: PDF guides, automation templates, video tutorials, and GitHub repository access. These are sold as one-time purchases with permanent access.
  • Consulting Services: Strategy calls, custom AI agent development, and infrastructure builds, offered at various tiers with deposit-based pricing.

3. Purchases and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Upon successful payment for digital products, you will receive immediate access via download link and/or GitHub repository invitation.
  • Consulting deposits are required to book sessions and begin project work.

4. Refund Policy

All sales of digital products (PDFs, automation templates, code repositories, video content) are final and non-refundable. Digital products are one-time purchases that grant you permanent, lifetime access. Due to the instant-delivery, downloadable nature of these products, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Consulting deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward future work at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property and License

When you purchase a digital product from AI Infrastructure Lab, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes. You may:

  • Use the content and code in your own projects
  • Modify the code for your own use
  • Reference the guides for your own learning

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the purchased products with others
  • Upload the products to public repositories or file-sharing platforms
  • Claim the content as your own original work
  • Use the products to create a competing product or service

6. GitHub Repository Access

Certain products include access to private GitHub repositories. Access is granted via collaborator invitation to the email associated with your purchase. This access is for your personal use only and must not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke repository access if these terms are violated.

7. Consulting Services

  • Consulting engagements begin upon receipt of the required deposit.
  • Project timelines and deliverables will be agreed upon before work begins.
  • Custom code and systems built during consulting engagements are owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • AI Infrastructure Lab retains the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary patterns developed during engagements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will meet your specific requirements, produce particular results, or be error-free. The information in our guides and repositories is for educational purposes and should be adapted to your specific use case.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Infrastructure Lab and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. User Conduct

By using our website and products, you agree not to:

  • Use our products for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit our systems
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of our website
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when purchasing products

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
