Thank you for purchasing from AI Infrastructure Lab. Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Products — All Sales Final

All digital product sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This applies to all digital assets including PDF guides, automation templates, video tutorials, code repositories, and any other downloadable or accessible digital content.

Our digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once you receive access to a download link or GitHub repository, the transaction is complete. Because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances for digital product purchases.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • PDF guides and ebooks
  • Code repositories and source code
  • Automation templates and workflow files
  • Video tutorials and courses
  • Any other digital downloads or access grants

Each digital product is a one-time purchase that grants you permanent, lifetime access to the product. You buy it once and it's yours forever.

Consulting Services

Consulting deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are required to reserve time and begin project work. If you need to reschedule or change the scope of your engagement, your deposit may be credited toward future work at our discretion.

If AI Infrastructure Lab is unable to fulfill a consulting engagement for any reason, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing a product you purchased (such as a broken download link or missing repository access), please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly. Technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund — we will ensure you receive the product you paid for.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase is a violation of these terms. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to revoke access to all purchased products and associated GitHub repositories.
